    Associated with Reardon for many years.  Three highlights include Level One call center support person for Dell computers third party company.  This was a seasonal position through the 2003 Holiday season.

    Several years later, Velcro, USA in Manchester, NH, where my team converted from a paper based ordering system to computer.  Duties focused primarily on data entry and researching software solutions for streamlining the order process.  Instructed team members how to use Microsoft Excel formulas for culling and collating data.

    Last placement to GN Netcom’s retail company, Hello Direct, led to my current position.  Sales department data entry where inputting written sales orders into a proprietary database.  Quick knowledge of software and procedures led to my hire at Hello Direct’s sister company GN Jabra.
